A few days later I was at home and looking like this:
I'm still wearing maternity bottoms, but I can fit in my regular shirts. I'm not sure how long it will be until I can wear regular jeans, but I'm not super worried about it. I'm taking it one day at a time right now, and concentrating on baby and family. My exercise for the moment is housework and the occasional walk around the neighborhood. More than that and I get very sore. My eating is varied. I am trying to eat healthier, but find myself hungry constantly due to breastfeeding. My challenge is to keep lots of healthy snacks at the ready so that I don't even have to think about it. Water is not really a problem, since I'm super thirsty all of the time.
My first goal is to be under 200 pounds again by the time I go to fitcation. I think it's very doable, since my last weigh-in was 209, and fitcation is still a few weeks away. Here goes nothing!
