Down .2 pounds this week!
It's been slow going this week. I'm trying hard to get back into a routine, but once you've been out of one for a long time you don't just click right back into it. You are basically starting over from ground zero. My stamina hasn't decreased by too much, so that's good. But my eating and drinking habits need to be fixed. I am an emotional eater and a stress eater, and just like any addiction, it never goes away.
This week I'm still working on the same things as last week. I only had Starbucks twice last week, as opposed to 4 to 5 times, so that is a small victory for me! I've been increasing my water intake, but I still have a ways to go on that. Lots of healthy snacks for work, and trying not to eat just to eat.

Baby steps are key. I give you massive props for cutting your Starbucks intake by 1/2, I love that place! Hopefully you'll get into a new routine soon enough :)

I'd happily take the .2 rather than a 0!! So today's Monday, so perhaps you will get the weekly post up??? ;)
