On Tuesday February 2nd, Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment will release Air Bud: Golden Receiver Special Edition on DVD!

This time out, Buddy, the hoop-shooting, hotshot canine, tackles a new sport—football. When his teenage owner reluctantly becomes the school’s new quarterback, Buddy catches the spirit and joins the team. Soon, the two find themselves leading the Timberwolves to the state championship. But victory hopes are sidelined when two sinister Russian circus owners take a bite out of everyone’s plans and dognap Buddy for their star attraction. Give three cheers for Disney’s hilarious hit that goes the whole nine yards for outrageous fun and adventure.

The Special Edition Release also includes the Buddies doing play-by-play commentary in a bonus feature called The Buddies Sports Channel. Our review: We had actually never seen any of the Air Bud movies before because Mason wasn't really old enough to sit through it. We watched it together, and I thought it was really cute! Mason loves dogs, and he was excited to see a dog play football! I love movies that are geared towards kids, but also entertaining enough for adults as well. Something the whole family can enjoy together. This is one of those movies!
