In Hawaii, Aloha Friday is the day that we take it easy and look forward to the weekend. So I thought that on Fridays I would take it easy on posting, too. Therefore, I’ll ask a simple question for you to answer. Nothing that requires a lengthy response.
Here's my question:
What are you doing (or have you done) to achieve your "beach body"?
Me, nothing so far. My bathing suit rarely sees the light of day because it's usually covered up with a shirt AND shorts. I've had enough though, so I am finally going to get back on Weight Watchers! Instead of paying for meetings for my support, I have found support through a bloggy friend. Last time I did WW I lost 18 pounds in just a couple of months. Here's to hoping I can do it again.
I look forward to reading your answers, and check out more Aloha Friday at An Island Life!

I've just started back on the weight loss wagon too. The story can be seen on my food and fitness blog.

Now that funny,me,lol. I have never had a beach body, good thing my hubby didn't want one... I am trying to just fit into my summer clothes.LOL
LOL. Depends on how you define "beach body". If you mean 'beach ball' it's easy for me :)

Keep it up and don't give up. I'm sure you will do great.
I do the Wii Fit to stay in shape but I must admit, I'm not very consistent in doing it.
Beach body is far from my goal. I just want to not look pregnant anymore, since my son is already 6 months old.
BLAH...I'm pregnant so I'm the beached whale!
I had gestational diabetes with my last child. After she was born, I stuck with the diet (more out of fear of Type 2 than weight) and have been able to stay almost perfect (except for the small flab that is my evidence of having four children....lol) My AF
I'm careful about what I eat and I exercise daily. Daily exercise is so much more important than most people realize.
Nothing as of right now but I have to get motivated and lose some weight.
Walking, Treadmill running & Step Arobics. Man, the step arobics works - but, it's so much work! :)
I was doing crunch less Abs. But with the tail bone and the cyst -- I had to stop. I also love to do hip hop abs. It's fun!!
I've really done nothing. I haven't figured out an effective way to avoid food temptations yet :)

I have tagged you....go over to my blog and get the instructions!
Have a great weekend!
I, once upon a time, was a lifeguard & I miss that body I had then. Let's just say it's been a few years & I'm working on things too.
I know that we can all do this! *cheering* Yay!!
lol beach body? what is that? In my mind.. hmm.. lol I am working hard to lose weight..but NO way will I make it into a suit this summer.. I am shooting for 2010 lol
My bathing suit rarely sees the light of day either - and I don't anticipate this year being any different. I really need to do something about that one of these days... Good luck! :)
I have something for you over at my blog!
I probably should have started months ago, but I am walking and doing pilates. I have been doing weights twice a day. you can see a little bit more about it on my blog.
Thanks!
I started eating better, unofficially doing WW again, found and love Leslie Sansone DVDs and joined a Twitter walk/exercise group. I have lost 30 pounds so far, but have a lot more to go. Good luck!
Absolutely nothing. I am landlocked. I wear a bathing suit and shorts to garden in.
no beach body here I am a grandma that loves to chase grandkids while others work on beach bodies LOL but walking is a great way to get thin and tan
Umm, I have NEVER had a beach body, LOL!
Well while I have been steadily losing a little weight I don't have to worry about my beach body. I'm not going to the beach until next year so I have a whole year to whip it into shape! Believe me it's going to take longer than that!
I'm anxious to read about your weight loss journey. How many points will you allot yourself for WW? I never know how many points I should use...I just want to lose 7 to 10 pounds, and I'm stuck.
I am in my weight loss journey too and I am glad to have found one program that really, FINALLY works for me!!
Good luck to you!
